南通大学神经科学系导师介绍：王勇军

王勇军，1967年12月出生，理学博士，教授，硕士研究生导师。省“333”第三层次培养对象，江苏省“六大人才高峰”B类资助对象。主要研究方向为神经再生分子生物学以及分子发育生物学。

主持国家自然基金2项，江苏省高校基础研究重大项目1项等。获教育部自然科学二等奖（排名5）1项。共发表SCI 40余篇。

主要科研工作：

1．以爬行动物多疣壁虎为实验动物，研究壁虎断尾再生过程中芽基细胞位置记忆产生以及神经元轴突再生的分子基础，揭示芽基细胞位置识别以及神经元轴突再生的相关分子机制；研究炎症因子在自发性脊髓再生过程的功能转换以及对神经再生的影响，从免疫学角度寻找免疫相关因子和中枢神经再生之间的关系。

2．胚胎发育相关基因的进化及功能研究。采用系统分析，比较不同物种中该基因的进化关系，通过发育相关基因的表达图式，研究、推断其发育或再生中的功能，为中枢神经再生提供分子生物学线索。
